Your presence and kindness is welcome as we flow through a class that is inspired by finding joy through the cycles of endings & beginnings.

Please bring your own mat and any props you may have to aid your practice (blocks, pillows, blankets, etc). A waterbottle and towel are recommended as the room gets pretty toasty...

Even though these classes are free*, bookings are essential as space is limited to 12 participants per class.
Please arrive a few minutes before class to find a spot and settle in.
