Hello beautiful humans!

My name is Tom and I have been teaching and instructing in the PT and Health environment since 2005. In 2020, I found Yoga by dipping my toe into the waters with a few classes here and there each month.

However in 2023, I bomb dived into that water and finally completed my Yoga Teacher Trainer course and am absolutely loving teaching this different health modality.

I am also a qualified Massage Therapist, and am finalising my Certified Breathwork Instructor course in early 2024.

Ice baths for me are a minimum of once a week, and I am fully devoted to all things physical and mental health.

Whether I meet you on the Yoga mat, Massage table or beyond, I hope to guide you into a more holistic healthier version of you!
