Join us for a gentle and nourishing 90 minute practice where Jackie creatively blends hatha yoga, hanna somatics, Qi Gong and restorative poses to offer you and your body a grounding and strengthening practice, leaving you with a sense of relaxation and calm.
These classes develop awareness, reduce stress, tension and holding patterns, support nervous system repair and improve overall well-being
