Hi men from Gympie, join us to start your journey with Yoga and other powerful mindfulness practices.
Improve flexibility in the body.
Increase focus & concentration.
Release mental and physical stress.
Bring balance to the body and mind.
Better sleep and overall well-being.
Enhance sexual function.
6 x 2.5 hour classes, they include: Yoga Practice, Meditation, Breathwork, Sound Journey & Chanting, Sharing Circle, Connection & Community.
Every Tuesday from the 29 July 6:30 pm until 9pm. For 6 weeks.
Who is it for?
Men with no yoga experience, little experience or just starting.
Men who want to perfect their practice.
Men looking at improving health habits, flexibility, relationships, sleep, concentration & focus.
Total investment is $350 - If money is a barrier, you can message me directly to apply for a payment plan.
During the 6 week program it's ok if you miss a session, however you still need to book for the entire program.
Additional notes.
You will need your own Yoga mat, a blanket and a pillow
Bring a bottle of water
Bring a pen and a notebook to take notes
Arrive by 6:15pm, 15 minutes before the class (not earlier no later)
