We'll start the morning with a stunning hike to Twin Falls, taking in the awesome views and fresh air. There will be time to swim, chat, eat and fully enjoy some much-needed time away from the chaos of everyday life. We'll end the day on a peaceful note, with a soothing yoga stretch session, guided deep peace meditation and kirtan.

This meetup brings together all the things you love - hiking, swimming, friendship, and meditation. All fitness levels are welcome; it's a fun, easy 5km walk.
