Yogic Art Exploration: Yamas and Niyamas

Join us Sunday, October 20th, for a Yogic Art Exploration– with watercolor!

In this workshop, we'll explore two key limbs of Patajanli's 8 Limbed Path: Yamas and Niyamas. Deepening our understanding of these communal and social practices of yogic philosophy, we’ll discuss our experiences and learn Sanskrit. A guided exercise of layering watercolor, creating texture, and inducing a meditative practice will help in deepening understanding and allow for a creative practice. Great for any yogi or creative looking for a communal evening.

All materials will be provided. Including herbal tea, please bring your favorite mug, water, and journal. No Mat or experience needed!
