Event description

Did you know yoga poses are only a small portion of yoga? If your physical yoga practice makes you feel utterly amazing, imagine what delights may be instore if you could experience other aspects of yoga as well!

Join NSW Upper Hunter yoga teachers, John West & Nicole Walker, on a mind-expanding philosophical quest to deepen your yoga practice and enhance your life.

This interactive workshop will provide you with a hands-on understanding of the eight-limbs of yoga, as described in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. Each "limb" intertwines and builds on the previous to form a holistic step-by-step map to reach your full potential. We will explore an overview of yogic philosophy, asana (physical poses), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation, each experience building on the previous.

The abundant offerings of this workshop can be applied not only to your yoga practice, but to every aspect of your life.
