Flow Into Stillness is an intimate 6-week series thoughtfully designed to guide you from mindful movement into profound physical and mental relaxation. Held in the peaceful setting of Flourish Yoga Studio in Takapuna, this immersion bridges the gap between active presence and restorative rest.
What to Expect Each Week

Mindful Slow Flow & Breath: We begin with gentle, intentional movement paired with conscious breathwork to unwind physical tension, calm the nervous system, and drop into the body.
23-Minute Guided Yoga Nidra: Conclude each session with an extended Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) practice—an effortless meditation technique designed to restore your energy on a cellular level.

Join for the Full Journey or a Single Session Whether you wish to commit to the full 6-week series or simply drop in for a single class, you are warmly welcomed! The single drop-in pass is a wonderful opportunity to slow down, reset, and experience the full benefits of a complete Slow Flow & Yoga Nidra practice—even if you can only join for one evening.
