In this hands-on workshop, master cook Elaine Young will show you how to build a repertoire of nourishing plant-based meals using Australian grown grains, legumes & vegetables.
You will learn:
- The foundations of building the most delicious stews and curries and how to adapt them seasonally.
- How to perfectly cook organic Australian grains and legumes including millet, sorghum, quinoa, mung, chickpeas & more.
- Simple condiments and dosa/flatbreads to transform your everyday meals.
About the Facilitator
Elaine is the founder of Yoke and she loves combining organic Australian plant-based ingredients with her travels through India and the Middle East to create nourishing and delicious whole-food meals. She is passionate about cooking from a place of connection. Where our food is sourced, how we prepare it and how we consume and share it impacts how we feel and those around us.
