Hello beautiful sister!

Thank you for hearing the call to join us in this ritual of self love and healing. We welcome you with love and joy in our hearts to share this experience of reconnection with our feminine essence and the inner child.

Please see below some important information to prepare for the workshop:

You will need:

A private space where you can join online and will not be disturbed
A ceramic bowl (6 cm (H) x 15cm Dia approximately). This similar dimension is the most comfortable size. It is important to use ceramic and not plastic or aluminum..

See photos below for reference on sizing and position. If you don’t have a bowl, it is easy to find one at Kmart. Make sure it is small enough for you to squat or knee over in a comfortable way.

Chamomile dried herbs - best if it’s organic.
Have a kettle or a pot with hot water available during the workshop for the ritual
A towel or cover to wrap around your waist and dry yourself with. You can also wear a long skirt instead. It is important for the towel or skirt to cover the whole area from your waist to your bowl as if you were creating a cocoon around your whole bottom area. The skirt also needs to be loose enough for you to open your legs and squat down.
It is important to have socks on and blankets available to keep warm during and after the steam
2 cushions to put under your knees if you’d like to knee down for comfort
Candle and incense and anything else you may want to use to create a sacred space for yourself
Notebook and a pen for the journaling and insights

Please be on time so you can make the most of this ritual. We will be starting at 7pm.
