Yoni steaming is an ancient self care practice that is used all around the world. It is a natural remedy with many benefits such as detoxifying the womb, decreases heavy periods, quick healing and toning after giving birth, helps to maintain healthy PH, connects you to your womb space, reduces pain and bloating due to pms, regulates the menstrual cycle, prevention of infections and so much more!

We have specially chosen to use a blend of herbs to support our wombs and connect us with papatūānuku by using the nourishment she has to offer us by giving our Yoni a warm and relaxing experience. This is done by boiling the herbs and then sitting over the steam to absorb the properties of each herb.

Join us for an evening in our bell tent, where we will hold space for a small collective group of women to come together to chat, sip on cacao and then you will have the opportunity to connect deeply with your womb space via a beautiful womb connection and steaming ritual. This potent and powerful modality is something that we are super passionate about and we look forward to sharing the experience with you all.

Contraindications to note: Unfortunately you will not be able to steam if you are pregnant, you are bleeding (menstrual flow) you have an IUD or you have an open vaginal wound.
