YOU ALREADY KNOW

A day retreat to hear what’s true, trust what you know, and take your next aligned step.

Life can feel incredibly full these days, with so much competing for our attention.

There are people who need us, work and the responsibilities we carry, decisions to make and a world that rarely seems to quiet down.

We often look outside ourselves - asking others what they think, weighing every possibility, second-guessing ourselves or waiting until we feel certain enough to make a move.

And yet, beneath all that noise, there is often a deeper knowing already within us.

Join shamanic healer and spiritual mentor Meghan Gilroy for an intimate day retreat, limited to 18 women, designed to help you slow down, listen within the uncertainty, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body, intuition, and soul.

Through shamanic journeying, guided reflection, embodied practices, meaningful conversation, and ceremony, you’ll bring a real question or crossroads in your life into the day. You’ll make space to receive your own guidance, receive support interpreting what comes through, discern what feels true, and explore the fear, conditioning, or doubt that can make it difficult to trust what you know.

You’ll also have space to reflect alongside the other women gathered because another woman’s experience can often illuminate our own. As questions, experiences, and insights are shared, you may recognize pieces of your own story reflected back to you. There is wisdom in what we discover for ourselves and in what we witness in one another.

You’ll leave with greater clarity, deeper trust in your own knowing, and the courage to take one grounded step toward bringing your answer into your life.

A Shared Lunch

Midway through the day, we’ll gather around the table for a nourishing, family-style lunch. This will be a chance to ground after the morning’s experience, connect with the women gathered, and enjoy a beautiful meal together before moving into the afternoon.

Lunch is included with your retreat experience.

Her work helps women recognize what is ready to shift, reconnect with their wisdom, and bring that knowing more fully into the way they live, love, lead, and create.

Based in Colorado, Meghan leads intimate retreats and sacred pilgrimages around the world and offers private spiritual mentoring.
