Have you ever caught yourself feeling intimidated by others who shine brighter than you?

Does this make you feel like you’re not good enough?

And then you start to riddle off a list of all the things someone else can do better than you?

But in truth, you’re simply forgetting all the wonderful things that you can do and are, too!

Comparison, fear, dimming our light and feeling unworthy are all very real emotions to feel.

And from time to time, we have honestly all felt this way.

You are not alone.

“All of the lights of the world cannot be compared to a ray of the inner light of the self.”

Imagine a life where you don’t look to others to see if you’re valid.

Imagine not questioning if you are good enough.

Imagine having the courage to shine bright.

Imagine looking within and feeling whole.

Imagine knowing that YOU ARE ENOUGH!

Each and every one of us has a unique light, like no one else’s.

Many of us haven’t yet harnessed that light, or know it's there and hold themselves back from letting others see.

Your light is your gift, your gift to the world, you were made to shine!

It’s your time now, to remember, YOU ARE ENOUGH……

Let’s meet our beautiful guest speaker, Elle McBride;

Elle Mcbride is a Havening Practitioner, who predominantly works with teenagers, corporate to everyday mums worldwide. The technique she uses unlocks the emotions and trauma that cause her clients physical and mental pain.

With over 3 years of extensive training and having immersed herself in personal development for 15 years, she confidently takes women from feeling the heaviness of life to feeling lighter in both their physical bodies and mind.

Elle is clear that the unhappiness of humanity comes from the belief that we believe we are not enough and that is so far from the truth. Therefore, She has made it her mission to remind women of their worth so they can live a happy and incredible life.

Creating impact by one-on-one in-person meetings, virtual online sessions, retreats, workshops and group programs.

Elle will be taking us through a havening process to kick start our morning.

We will then be diving deep with Elle to learn about our mind on a neuroscience level. We will be talking all things self-worth, self-love and feeling enough!

What is Havening you ask?

New research has uncovered traumatically encoded events and psychologically disturbing memories, impact brain functioning with a high percentage having no development of the trauma or memory until many years on and even at times, decades later. The Havening techniques have been developed since 2001 by Dr Ronald A. Ruden M.D., Ph.D and his brother Steven J. Ruden D.D.S., ICF/ACC.

Havening uses powerful tools that can address the consequences of traumatic or stressful events and their memories.

Based on the science of brain chemistry, it is possible to alter encoded traumatic memories, anxiety or fears that are troubling, by altering brain chemistry and the speed of the brain waves. Psychological trauma and stress-related disorders are being treated using this method and involves psychosensory therapies, which uses sensory input to alter thought, mood and behaviour.

These sessions remove or dissolve traumas held in the brain and rebuild a nervous system that’s stronger, optimistic and confident with a more hopeful future. Havening is believed to alter the biological structure of the brain. The return of symptoms implies either the traumatic core has been removed or the problem has been encoded in a different way.

If untreated, symptoms of traumatic events, distressing memories and encoded emotional disturbances, can create problems in greater areas of life. (https://www.thehavenedkind.com/new-index)

More about The Self-Love Movement:

The Self-Love Movement is a Nationwide social movement connecting both women and men through the power of gathering and to their True-Self.

Through the use of live events and workshops, both women and men are encouraged to be the best they can be, to expand their minds, to break-free of their own stories and to live a wildly authentic and abundant life full of love.

The Self-Love Movement is a powerful platform for to feel safe, heard, supported and loved.

“Live with an open heart and bathe in a sea of self-love. It is not selfish to love yourself unconditionally. In fact, it is absolutely necessary! Your entire world is reflective of the relationship you have with self. It’s time to nourish and nurture this connection and watch your life begin to magically blossom through the power of Self-Love.” – Alana Arvanitis

Self-Love is the act of putting your own happiness & well-being first, something that is lacking within our current society.

It all starts with SELF. “Your relationship you have with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship you have.”

“If you don’t go within you go without” – Alana Arvanitis

It’s time to put “self” first. It’s time to remove the things that cloud your happiness & well-being. It’s time to come together and share your uniqueness to the world. It’s time to be inspired, supported, and empowered. It is time to love & be loved… and it all starts with YOU.

You absolutely deserve all the love and inspiration you seek and The Self-Love Movement is the way of finding your path and weave within the YOUniverse
