You Grill, Girl! 2026

You Grill, Girl! is a one-of-a-kind female-focused culinary event that celebrates a passion for grilling, cooking, and making. Hosted by Les Dames d'Escoffier Austin Chapter, the event brings together talented pitmasters and chefs to showcase their unique grilling skills and delicious dishes. 

Moving to a new yet nostalgic location, Franklin Backyard, attendees will indulge in an array of mouth-watering barbecue, grilled meats, vegetables, desserts, and other delectable treats, all cooked to perfection by some of the best chefs and restaurateurs in the region. In addition to the delicious food, guests also will enjoy custom cocktails by Uptown, local beer and wine, specialty non-alcoholic beverages, music by DJ Cassandra, and a very popular silent auction, making for a fun and memorable evening.

This year's theme is BACKYARD BARBIECUE, so get inspired by Barbie's 67 years of characters and accessories and dress up for a chance to win two 2027 VIP YGG passes!

Not only does You Grill, Girl! provide a platform for local grillers and makers to showcase their talents and skills in the traditionally male-dominated world of grilling, but it also supports a great cause. All proceeds from the event go towards Les Dames d'Escoffier Austin Chapter's programs and initiatives, including providing grants and scholarships for women working in food, beverage, and hospitality.

There are two options to attend. Come early at 6 pm with a VIP ticket to receive a gift bag and first bites, or celebrate general admission beginning at 7 pm.
