💥 SHIFT THE FEAR: THE 3-HOUR SELF-DEFENCE & EMPOWERMENT WORKSHOP

An immersive experience to move you from freeze to fierce using breath, movement, and real-life Jiu Jitsu-based skills to regulate your nervous system, calm your mind, and defend your space.

🧘‍♀️ PART 1: BREATHE BEFORE THE STORM

Start with gentle yoga and breathwork to:

  • Shift your body into a grounded, calm state

  • Regulate your nervous system from fight-or-flight to learn-and-retain

  • Reconnect with your body before we ask it to protect you

🥋 PART 2: REAL SKILLS FOR REAL SCENARIOS

In this 90-minute hands-on Jiu Jitsu session, you’ll learn:

  • How to escape pins, holds, and confrontations

  • How to respond with clarity instead of panic

  • How to use technique (not strength) to protect yourself

We focus on what’s actually useful, what works under pressure, and what’s been proven to stick.

🧠 PART 3: REFLECT & RESET

Because after a workshop like this, you need time to land.

  • Debrief in a safe, empowering circle

  • Ask the questions you’ve never felt safe enough to ask

  • Leave feeling strong, present, and fully back in your body
