Thank you for joining us as a Reserved Pass ticket holder! Here are some specific details to make sure you have the best weekend possible!

Check-In for our Reserved Pass holders will be inside the main entrance lobby, Friday 5-6:45PM and Saturday 8-8:45AM. You will walk past the first set of check-in tables and look for the Reserve Pass Check-In sign (at the curved welcome desk). Our team will check you in, give you your welcome bag and your wristband for the weekend. Please keep this wristband on throughout the weekend - this is your pass to the reserved seating section in the auditorium! If you ordered a t-shirt as well you can pick that up from the pre-order tee area after you check in. You do NOT need to print out your tickets. You'll be able to check in simply by showing us the QR code on your phone which you can find here: @ViewTickets or giving your name.

Seating: The Reserved Seating area is in the middle lower level section. Each row available to you will have a sign marking the Reserved Seating area.

Saturday Breakfast: Saturday morning we will have a delicious breakfast and coffee provided by Annie's Eats and Stella Southern Cafe available for you 8AM-8:45AM in room 170 (marked on the map) near the coffee shop. There will also be coffee available for purchase throughout the weekend at FBC's coffee shop. Our staff is looking forward to being with you all during that time!

A few other highlights that are NEW this year: Food Trucks will be offering food for purchase Friday, 5PM-6:45PM and Saturday 12PM-2PM! More info below. Bonus Sessions will be in the main building 12:45-1:45 (welcome to bring your lunch to eat during the session) - if you did not sign up for a bonus session during your registration you are still welcome to jump into any session you'd like! No separate registration for these necessary.

LOCATION:

First Baptist Bryan - all aspects will take place in the Main Worship Center, Prayer Room and the Lobby (as seen on the map below)

PARKING:

Below you will see a map of FBC Bryan's campus. There is plenty of parking. If you are able, we ask that you leave the spots closest to the Main Worship Center Entrance for our older attendees.

SEATING:

You cannot enter the main worship center (inner doors) prior to 6:30PM on Friday or 8:30AM on Saturday. The main entrance doors (exterior doors) and foyer will be open at 5PM on Friday and 8AM on Saturday. We will have a team member helping to make sure you can find the Reserved Seating area.
If you're a nursing mama, The Nursing Mother's Room is right outside of the sanctuary doors through the You Are store.and you'll be able to see into the sanctuary, so you won't miss a thing.
It can be chilly in the room, so bring a jacket if you get cold easily.

SCHEDULE:

The weekend schedule can be found HERE on our website.
The inner Sanctuary doors will open Friday at 6:30PM and Saturday Morning at 8:30AM. There are no reserved seats (outside of the Reserved Pass section) and no one will be able to enter before that time.
Friday Night Main Session begins at 7PM, followed by our Market + Ministry Fair closing at 10:00PM.
Saturday, the first session kicks off at 9AM. Lunch break is 12-2PM, Bonus Sessions 12:45-1:45.
Saturday, the conference will end at 5:30PM

LUNCH & BONUS SESSIONS:

NEW THIS YEAR! We will have on-site Food Trucks during the 2 hour lunch block (and Friday 5-6:45PM). If you plan to attend a Bonus Session during lunch, this is a great option! The following Food Trucks and Food Vendors will be present. We encourage you to check out their menus before coming to conference:
If you plan to eat off-campus, we encourage you to order ahead or make reservations, so you can make it back for the 2PM session! There are several great restaurants in town! Be sure to check out Visit College Station for some great restaurant suggestions!
Bonus Sessions will be 12:45-1:45PM in the main building. If you did not sign up for a session in your registration, no worries at all! You can still choose to attend one. You are welcome to bring your lunch into the sessions, we just ask that you be mindful to throw any trash away as a help to the church's custodial team.

MARKET + MINISTRY FAIR:
Friday evening, our Market + Ministry Fair will be open. This is your chance to make an impact locally and globally by learning about volunteer opportunities, making purchases that make a difference, and connecting with women from the community. Local favorite and one of our Gold Sponsors, Blue Baker will be providing complimentary baked goods during this time and Lucky Goat Coffee will be available at the coffee drip stations. FBC Bryan's Coffee Shop will be open throughout the weekend if you prefer an espresso drink! All vendors and ministries will be open during breaks on Saturday as well. You Are Conference will have all new hats, tees, art and more available for purchase throughout the weekend as well.

MATCHSTICK PROJECT:
The Matchstick Project is an Initiative of the You Are Family ministry and serves to educate, activate, and inspire kids to use their gifts and talents to help meet practical needs locally and globally. and We will be announcing our 2025 Matchstick Ministry Focus at the conference and sharing ways you can support kids using their gifts to make an impact for the Kingdom of God! We can't wait to share with you the fun things our Matchstick Project kids have been up to!

PRAYER ROOMS:

Throughout the weekend we will have a prayer room open at various times in The Fellowship Hall (right outside of the sanctuary). We encourage each of you to visit at some point and receive prayer in whatever ways you need it! We have been encouraged each year by the testimonies that have come out of these prayer times. Please take advantage of this throughout your time with us!
