Bee Cave Arts Foundation is excited to host a fun-filled SUMMER ART CAMP for artists who have completed Kinder to entering 5th grade! Choose morning OR afternoon camp (or both if your artist would like a full day of art fun). Morning Camp is 9am-12noon, Afternoon Camp is 12:30pm-3:30pm. Students attending both morning and afternoon camps must bring their own lunch for the 30min supervised break between classes.

Week 7 Morning Camp: Underwater Kingdom
Dive into the magical world beneath the waves! In this creative class, kids will explore the wonders of the ocean through fun art projects inspired by mermaids, sea creatures, and hidden treasures. From designing shimmering crowns fit for underwater royalty to sculpting aquatic creatures from clay, campers will bring their underwater kingdom to life with colorful, imaginative projects. This class is a deep dive into creativity and fantasy that will leave a lasting splash!

Week 7 Afternoon Camp: Cartooning
Join us for a fun-filled cartooning adventure where you will learn the basics of drawing characters, creating exciting settings, and using panels and word balloons to tell your own story! By the end of the class, you will have your very own comic book, featuring your unique characters and stories. Plus, we will combine everyone’s work into a class comic to share, sign, and color on the final day! Perfect for young artists ready to bring their imagination to life.

Give your child the opportunity to immerse themselves in artistic activities that will spark their imagination, self-expression, and confidence. We offer a safe supportive environment for children to explore, learn and grow while having fun and enjoying the process of creating art. Projects can include painting, drawing, sculpting, printmaking, working with clay, and/or mixed media activities. All artistic creations will be presented at our Friday Art Exhibition for family and friends. Pick your favorite week and its theme and reserve your spot today!

Open to students who have completed Kinder through entering into 5th grade! Projects will be adapted to challenge and inspire all levels.

Please send a healthy snack(s) and water bottle (please label with their name!) and a lunch for all-day campers. Please dress for mess (some paints can stain!).

Mermaids and Sea Monsters: (week 10 afternoon)
Set sail on a week of artistic adventure. Young artists will dive into the wonders of the ocean as they create underwater sculptures, stunning 3-D paintings, and unique ocean-themed wall hangings. Campers will also explore mixed media watercolors and bring the sea to life on textured canvases. Each project inspires creativity, builds new artistic skills, and celebrates the magic and the mysteries of the deep ocean!

Monsters, Dragons, Fairies, and Elves: (week 9 afternoon)
Step into a world of imagination and creativity! Perfect for young adventurers, this magical camp invites kids to create enchanting elves and fairy homes, design clay masks inspired by mythical creatures, and experiment with the vibrant batik technique. Campers will also dive into colorful yarn art and other exciting projects that bring fantasy worlds to life. Each activity sparks joy, encourages creativity, and helps build new artistic skills, making this camp a must for kids who love art and fantasy.

Nature Art: (week 8 morning)
Use natural materials to create beautiful art while discovering the wonders of the natural world. Take a closer look and paint the nature around you, make sun catchers, leaf print art, nature collages, mandals and more, all while learning about the environment. This class encourages creativity, exploration, and a deeper connection to nature, all in a playful, hands-on setting. Perfect for young artists eager to discover the beauty of nature and express themselves through art!

Sculpture: 3D Fun (week 9 morning)
Join us for an exciting and hands-on adventure in the world of sculpture! In this fun-filled camp, kids will explore a variety of materials—clay, recycled objects, wire, paper mâché, and more—while learning different sculpting techniques. From creating imaginative creatures to abstract masterpieces, young artists will bring their ideas to life through three-dimensional art. Superhero Academy: (week 8 afternoon)
