Young Crisis Accomodation Ladies Luncheon

Join the YCAC on Sunday 5 March 2023 at the Southern Cross Cinema for a screening of Some Happy Day a story about a homeless woman in desperate search of a better life. A story near and dear to our hearts. 

Some Happy Day is an Australian indie feature film written, directed and produced by Catherine Hill.

Director Catherine Hill has worked with marginalised and often street homeless men and women for over two decades and it was their stories that inspired her to make this film.

Here at YCAC we hope that Some Happy Day, through the story of Tina, will provoke a conversation and more action that works towards addressing the issues of homelessness. So please help us in fundraising for this incredibly worthy cause.

Nibbles on arrival from 1pm, complimentary champagne and lunch included. Some Happy Day screening will begin at 2pm.
