    Event description

    Come and join the SEQLD - Young Farmers Connect network for their next field day on a journey from the dinner table back to the soil. 

    Please Note – Due to cover this event is a ticketed event as numbers are limited - only ticket holders can attend.

    This field day will include a farm walk, discussion with our farmer host Mick and social event to explore how good food is inseparable from good farming. 

    Good Harvest Organic Farm is a certified organic farm located in Woombye in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. The team at Good Harvest Organic Farm grow a wide range of high quality fruit and vegetables and are passionate about community, transparency and integrity.

    This is a great opportunity to meet and network with other farmers in the region focused on small scale, regenerative ecological farm systems, as well as hear from experts in complimentary fields.

    How the day will run:
    10:00am – Acknowledgement of country & Introduction to Good Harvest Organic Farm
    10:15am – Discussion 
    10:45am – Farm walk
    12:00pm – Catered Lunch and social event ( please specify any special dietary requirements at booking 

    All welcome – Tickets essential

    A beautiful lunch will be provided by local chefs. Please email any dietary requirements to seqld@youngfarmersconnect.com

    Max number of tickets available is 30 (due to current Covid restrictions) - please make sure you confirm your booking and let us know in advance if you need to cancel so that we can offer spare places to the waiting list
