Join Queer Family for another Create & Grow workshop! Create & Grow is a free program for LGBTQIA+ and Questioning young people who are interested in making friends and learning skills in homesteading, gardening, permaculture and more!

When:

Sat 15th Feb 1-3pm @ ReForest Now, 156 Stuart St, Mullumbimby (back of the community gardens)

What:

We'll explore the native forest nursery and learn about rainforest regeneration, planting and growing native plants in our region, as well as potting our very own rainforest seedling to take home. 🌿🥕🍓

If you just want to hang out, that's ok too!

Who:

Young Queerios is a safe space to connect, explore, be creative, have fun and make friends. If you're 12-24 years and identify as Queer, or you're still figuring it out, then Young Queerios is for you!

Gender diverse and Neurospicy folks will find their identities respected at Queer Family.

We can cater to most needs, just let us know if there's something we need to do to make the space more accessible and feel safer for you.

Food:
Snacks are provided - let us know if you have any allergies!

Transport:
We can offer fuel vouchers to support your attendance and may be able to organise a lift. If you are looking for a lift, please please please give us AT LEAST 3 days' notice.
