Calling all Young Women between the ages of 19 and 29!

We are working with Josh from Sima Jujitsu to bring you three classes especially for women aged 19-29. These classes are designed to raise awareness and give you a basic understanding of Self Defence.

Lessons are on Monday evenings from 5:15-6:15pm.

November 7th: Lesson A: Removing grips and breaking grabs.
November 14th: Lesson B: How to land safely on the ground and what to do when you hit the ground. Also how to get up form the ground and prevent someone from getting on or near you
November 21st: Lesson C: Groundwork. How to get someone off you and how to hold someone down. Discussions about the next steps of self defence.

Price: $15 each for all three classes. (Non refundable)
