Event description

Is Your Greatest Work Yet to Come?: How to Tap Into Unlived Potential so You Leave Nothing on the Ice

We all have blind spots, limiting beliefs and stifling stories that hold us back from becoming the unapologetic and braver leader we long to be; and frankly, the leader the world needs us to be.

Perhaps you want to become more visible, more aligned, or speak from a deeper well. Leaders need to be challenged and supported to go to the edges of what they believe is possible for themselves. Sometimes we are blind to what we are capable of.

In the workshop, which will be reflective, fun and invitationally interactive, will tap into unlived potential by exploring:

  • How to harness drive to achieve both success and satisfaction
  • The change you must make to create maximum impact in the world
  • How to scale your 3rd mountain (and why most entrepreneurs and leaders get stuck on the second one)
  • How to align your life and eliminate imposter syndrome
  • How to awaken a dormant vision

More About Philip McKernan

Philip McKernan has built a reputation for his unapologetic approach to working with Entrepreneurs, Leaders, and Athletes worldwide, who believe there is more for them, and want to live a more courageous and fulfilling life. Philips’ mastery is helping people connect to the work they were put here to do. His pioneering philosophy SoulSet™, equips and empowers people to uncover their unique gifts (not talents) and use them to impact the world. McKernan considers himself a brilliance agent. He can see what’s possible for someone even when they cannot or are unwilling to see it in themselves.

“There is no greater tragedy than unlived potential.”

– Philip

He has a knack for getting into all sorts of scenarios – he’s caddied in golf for the President of Ireland, been chased and nearly killed by a bull elephant in Nigeria, and made wine in Australia. He has travelled to 85 countries around the globe, built an orphanage in Peru, written 5 books despite being dyslexic, and created a documentary film called Give & Grow.

He has spent the last 4 years restoring a 500-year-old castle set on 22 acres of Celtic rainforest on Ireland’s west coast. The BraveCastle welcomes leaders from all over the world who come for deep immersive retreats. Philips’ flagship retreat BraveEntrepreneur is the place to start if you want to connect to your why, uncover your gift, and leave a meaningful legacy. Philip believes the deeper you go, the higher you fly.
