8 Hours over 3 Days | Monday–Wednesday

Day 1 – Monday | 4:00 PM–6:00 PM
Coffee Making

• Espresso extraction

• Black coffee preparation

• Iced coffee preparation

• Coffee machine operation

• Bar setup and hands-on practice

Day 2 – Tuesday | 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
Milk & Latte Art

• Milk steaming and texturing

• Pouring techniques

• Hands-on latte art practice

• Learn 2–4 latte art patterns

Day 3 – Wednesday | 4:00 PM–6:00 PM
Practical Skills & Job Preparation

• Café workflow and multitasking

• Reading dockets and organising drink orders

• Keeping the workstation clean and efficient

• CV and interview tips

• Café shifts and workplace expectations

• Final practical assessment
