Welcome to Your Body Speaks - The Non-Linear Movement Method Online Class.

Please look out for an email with the link to join the Zoom Class.

Please arrive 5 mins early, to appease the technology deities, and ensure that your internet connection and sound are working.

You will need a floor mat/yoga mat, with private space to move your body around whilst you are on it.

You will also need your computer/device connected to, or able to supply you with sound. Ear buds or speaker but not headphones on a lead.

Ensuring that you will be undisturbed for the duration of the practice, will support you to relax deeper into the practice.
