Introduction to breathwork by Ale Caicedo through a self - discovering journey by a guided conscious breathing techniques to unlock deepest emotions to release unwanted baggage and designed to help you to connect with your soul's purpose, trust and intuition to relieve emotions within a safe and supportive space.

Also, we have Brittany Harris who will takes us through an integrated Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) strategies to help us to break habits and flip our own story! She has experienced herself through self- discovery of her own identity, belief systems and imbalance in feminine masculine energy to empower her mind, body and spirit.
