The Social Change Collective is a platform connecting people who are passionate about exploring social issues and bringing about actionable solutions. We bring together inspiring speakers and experts from across many different sectors such as government, business, and not-for-profits offering up a platform for discussion, debate, and education on the issues facing our communities.

Every second month we run an event on a particular social issue affecting New Zealanders with the aim of exploring ways to facilitate positive change.

After 3 years in Wellington, the Social Change Collective are very excited to announce our first event in Auckland: Your Choices: Election 2020

Are you ticking Yes or No in the upcoming referendums? Now is the time to get informed on the impacts of your vote on legalising cannabis and the end of life bill. Also, with two votes (party and electorate) there's a lot to think about and we want to make sure you have the information you need to not be a vote ghost!

We have speakers from NZ political parties that will traverse their parties position and assist you in making informed choices. We'll be announcing our line-up over the next week and we're super excited with some great candidates.

Robbie Nicol, White Man Behind a Desk will moderate the event while we discuss these complex decisions Aotearoa is faced with.

The Social Change Collective are excited to host our first free event in the Auckland community, and we’re looking forward to engaging with you from 5.45pm on Tuesday 29 September. (Doors open at 5.45pm and the event will start at 6.15pm)
