Thank you for registering your child for @EventName with Jane Newman at NewCore Cottage.

We’re looking forward to welcoming them for a practical and supportive session designed to help them feel more confident and prepared with growing up by building agency and independence they can use for the rest of their life.

Before the day

The information you provided during registration helps us create a safe and supportive environment for your child. If anything changes before the event, particularly your child’s medical information, allergies, support needs, emergency contact details or collection arrangements please let us know as soon as possible.

Location

NewCore Cottage

265 Zillmere Road, Zillmere

Look for the NewCore sign on the footpath

Approx. 200metres on the opposite side of the road, turn in and come back and park under the shade of the trees for a closer walk to the cottage.

Arrival & Check-In

Arrival: 9:00am for 9:15am start

Children's session: 9:15am - 12:30pm

Please bring your child to the Cottage and check them in with the NewCore team before leaving. We ask that a parent or guardian remains contactable by phone while your child is attending the session.

Parent Session

Parents and guardians are invited to join us for the final 30 minutes from 12:00pm - 12:30pm.

This is an important part of the session and gives you an opportunity to hear what the children have explored, understand some of the ideas they’ll be taking away with them, and consider how you can support them at home.

Collection

Children will be checked out at the conclusion of the event and will only be released in accordance with the collection arrangements provided during registration.

If your arrangements change, please contact us before the event so we can update our records.

Catering & Dietary Needs

Morning tea, snacks and drinks are provided. If you have not already done so, please advise us of any dietary requirements as soon as possible. Of course, if you would prefer to send your own snacks, this is perfectly fine too!.

If your child is feeling a little nervous about attending, that’s completely okay. Jane will take time at the beginning of the session to help everyone settle in and get comfortable.
