Your body moves within an intricate and unique cycle. When we understand and appreciate the cycle, we feel empowered, open and aware.

As a part of 'Seasons and Cycles: Naturopathic Workshop Series' Tash Ryan and Katrina Schilling invite all to a morning circle of embracing and understanding the menstrual cycle.

In this intimate, 2.5 hour workshop, we will explore the 4 phases and physiological fluctuations of the menstrual cycle, highlighting the influence of our internal and external environment. Learn how to nourish your cycle with nutrition, herbs and healing foods, as well as movement and meditation to support balance within the body and mind. Contraception, menstrual hygiene, and self-care practises will also be explored within a safe and welcoming environment.

We encourage you to treat yourself to a morning of connecting with like minded people and create your own warm, hormone nourishing drink to sip. Tickets include; workshop content, a 15-minute guided meditation and a light morning tea.
