The Mind Matters Health & Wellbeing Expo is a positive and uplifting community event encouraging people to pause, reconnect and invest in their health and wellbeing.

Come along and explore local services, organisations, activities and resources supporting mental health, mental fitness, health and wellbeing. Connect with community organisations, discover helpful resources, try something new and find ways to support your wellbeing in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Pop in anytime between 10:00am and 2:00pm and stay for as long as you like! Entry is FREE, but please register here to secure your spot.

Enjoy food, drinks, raffles, activities and opportunities to connect with others. Gold coin donations are welcome, with donations and purchases contributing to our fundraising efforts for Gotcha4Life.
