👩💼 About the Facilitator: Stephanie Easton
Stephanie Easton is a recovering addict and the passionate founder of Your Recovery House, an addiction and trauma treatment facility located in Keilor North, VIC.
With a lived experience spanning over two decades, Stephanie has personally battled a range of addictions and mental health challenges—including drugs, alcohol, gambling, sex, and eating disorders. After multiple stints in rehab and losing everything to the grip of addiction, Stephanie found her way back to herself through holistic healing and a diverse range of therapeutic interventions.
Her journey of recovery, now over 6 years strong, is a testament to what’s possible with the right support, tools, and self-belief. Today, she not only runs a thriving treatment centre but also advocates fiercely to break the stigma around addiction and mental illness. Through candid conversations on social media and podcasts, Stephanie is helping open hearts and minds to the reality of deep, holistic healing.
Her approach is raw, real, and profoundly compassionate—offering parents in this workshop a safe space to be vulnerable, reconnect with themselves, and feel truly understood by someone who’s walked both sides of the path.
