Description
Your Soul's Roar: Learn to Meditate & Embody Your Purpose
"What will you do with your one wild and precious life?" — Mary Oliver
Many of us have material abundance, yet our lives are filled with stress and a quiet sense that something is missing. Our days are full, but we're not fully alive — overstimulated, dysregulated, surviving rather than thriving.
Your Soul's Roar is a 6-week meditation course designed to help address this. Over six Monday evenings, our goal is to make you fall in love with meditation. We'll explore comprehensive curriculum grounded in embodiment, purpose, and a deep reconnection to what matters most to you.
By "soul" we mean nothing metaphysical — simply your most authentic self. When we live with embodied purpose, we are in tune with ourselves on many levels.
What you'll explore across 6 weeks:
Week 1 — Settling the mind and body: preparing for meditation
Week 2 — Exploring consciousness and following upliftment
Week 3 — Discovering what truly inspires you and what really matters
Week 4 — Where your passion meets the world's need; clarifying your life visions
Week 5 — Identifying and working through inner obstacles
Week 6 — Nonduality, ceremony, and celebrating your vision with community
Sessions weave together live music, guided meditations, talks, small group discussions, and Q&A — drawing on cutting-edge science, neuroscience, positive psychology, and ancient wisdom traditions including Tibetan Buddhism, Tantric Kashmir Shaivism, Stoicism, and Shamanism.
This course is designed for people who want to:
✓ Go from feeling like you should meditate to having a genuine hunger for it
✓ Build a practice you can carry with you for the rest of your life
✓ Wake up with zest and excitement for the day ahead
✓ Feel a grounded, authentic sense of drive and purpose
✓ Reconnect to your body and learn to harness your intuition
✓ Follow inspiration, not just obligation
✓ Meet community and have deeper conversations
Whether you're brand new to meditation or a more advanced practitioner looking for greater depth and direction, this course offers both a complete introduction and a comprehensive map for ongoing growth.
