Your Tech Circles is a practical, high-energy evening for women in tech who are done waiting and ready to move.
The night opens with a keynote exploring three ideas that don't get talked about enough: why women in tech are conditioned out of asking, why strategic generosity is one of the most underrated career tools out there, and why proximity and who you spend time with is quietly shaping your ceiling.
Then you'll rotate through facilitated table sessions, each led by a senior tech leader, covering themes of finding your voice, owning your value, and playing the room.
The Tables
No fixed themes, no scripts. Each mentor brings their own story and area of expertise to your table, and the conversation goes wherever it needs to go: navigating confidence, imposter syndrome, career pivots, backing yourself in the room, and everything in between.

Coming alone? Perfect. Most of our attendees do! Our events are designed to make connection easy and comfortable, whether you're a seasoned networker or prefer to learn and observe.
Choose your own adventure with our connection style stickers as you enter. Simply grab your preferred sticker when you arrive and pop it on your name tag - it's a brilliant conversation starter and helps everyone respect each other's boundaries.

We're a 100% volunteer-run organisation on a mission to reduce the attrition rate of women in the technology industry. Right now, 50% of women leave tech by age 35 - and we're not okay with that.
Our solution? Community. Through our values of intentional bravery, empowering together, and trust unconditionally, we create meaningful events and supportive spaces where women build the confidence and connections they need to not just stay in tech, but to thrive and build powerful, enduring careers.
