Your True Nature Workshop

We invite you to join Prue from @earth.altering & Milla from @thechrysaliseffect for a nourishing day immersed in nature, sisterhood, creativity & connection on Wiradjuri Country (NSW) - You will find out the exact location once you book your spot.

We will begin the day with a guided meditation to deeply connect with the elements - fire, water, air and earth around us and also within us, connect with the land and set our intentions during a sharing circle to connect with each other.

Prue will guide us through our collaborative Earth Altar creation using beautiful natural materials foraged from the area. This creative process is such a joy to be a part of, each group Earth Altar has its own way of evolving and when the end product is finished, the subject reveals itself as an explosion of collaborative love.

Milla will then be guiding us in a process of collaborative adornment making to evoke our innate connectedness & humanness. You will walk away with your own, handmade crystal adornment that has been co-created by all of the women in the group. She will then guide you through a self soothing embodiment practice to anchor in your intention and embody the magic of connection; with one another, nature & yourself.

Please bring your favourite nourishing dish to share during our pot luck lunch (this will be a time to connect with each other and have some quiet time in nature if you feel to)
