An invitation to explore the wellbeing of your voice - and the surprising power of laughter.

About the Experience

We use our voices all day, every day. We breathe without thinking about it. And we laugh - sometimes when we least expect to.

Yet, we rarely stop to consider how much our breath, body, and nervous system influence the way we sound, feel, and communicate. Our voice is a vital part of how we express ourselves and connect with others, both personally and professionally.

Laughter has its own unique role to play: it releases tension, shifts our energy, and helps us connect more naturally with the people around us.

In this intimate, two-hour interactive workshop, Michelle Coxhead (Voice is Agency) and Vikki Friedman (Laughing Life) bring these elements together.

Through guided exercises, conversation, and playful exploration, we will discover:

How to release and care for your voice and make it a source of wellbeing rather than just a tool for communication.
How breath influences sound, energy, and ease, helping us feel more grounded and present.
How laughter affects the body, voice, and nervous system, melting away everyday stress.
What happens when we give ourselves permission to play with sound, building greater confidence in how we express ourselves.

There is nothing to prepare and nothing to perform. Just bring your curiosity, step away from the everyday, and reconnect with yourself. You'll leave feeling lighter, more present, and a little more comfortable owning your voice.
