Youth Climate Change Summit
Event description
This event is for High School students from Years 10-12 and their accompanying teachers in the Bunbury and Southwest region who are passionate about protecting our planet and advocating for and designing real solutions for climate action.
Students will have the opportunity to meet sustainability organisations taking action, hear from experts and work through case studies and youth projects about climate action with other like-minded youth.
Catering:
A light morning tea and lunch will be supplied for all attendees
Transport:
It may be possible for student groups (accompanied by their teachers) to be transported to and from the event, from the following locations, numbers allowing. Times below are estimated only (TBC).
Margaret River Senior Highschool (7.00am departure/ 4.15pm return)
Cape Naturaliste College (7.30am departure/3.45pm return)
Busselton Senior Highschool (7.45am departure/3.35pm return)
Manea Senior College (8.20am departure/2.50pm return)
