Event description
Designed for young people aged 12-17, these two-hour gatherings offer a unique opportunity to explore and enrich one's well-being through artistic expression in a calm atmosphere.
Whether you're looking to uncover your inner strengths or simply seeking a moment of creative expression, this gathering provides a nurturing and secure space to find grounding during the busy school term. No experience is necessary, and all materials are supplied.

Group participants are limited to 8.Â

About the Facilitator:
Jasmin's diverse career path, spanning roles in community settings and beyond, has fostered a deep empathy towards the unique human experience and a strong desire to support others. This journey led her to pursue an Advanced Diploma in Transpersonal Therapy (Art Therapy) at the College of Complimentary Medicines. As a registered ANZACATA member and an aspiring Meditation Association of Australia member, Jasmin is dedicated to providing holistic and compassionate care, drawing upon her creative spirit and commitment to ongoing professional development.
