The Youth injustice panel will explore the youth-specific findings from the Victoria Law Foundation’s Public Understanding of Law Survey (PULS) generally, and specifically regarding young people’s employment law needs, and will ask the question how might the legal assistance sector use this research to address young people’s unmet legal needs?

The VLF's forthcoming report, Problems at Work: Young people, employment and legal need will be discussed, spotlighting the higher employment-related legal needs of young people compared to older age groups. Specialist youth community legal centres, Youth Law Australia and the Young Workers Centre, will offer practical insights on how legal services might use the findings to drive positive change. The panel will conclude with Q&A from the online audience.
