Youth Mental Health First Aid (in-person Hindmarsh)

Youth MHFA will help you to have the skills and confidence to provide initial support to a young person who may be experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis, until professional health is received or the crisis resolves.

Individuals who complete the training become MHFAiders, equipped with the skills to listen, connect and offer support when it matters most, and play a vital role in reducing stigma and promoting pathways to support for those experiencing mental health problems.
