Description

Changemakers Youth Program 2026

Build Identity. Lead with Purpose. Create Impact.

MyFundAction Australia, Muslim Women Coaching (MWC) and Inspired Network Support Services (INSS) have united to launch The Changemakers - A Youth Mentoring Program.

Program Overview

Changemakers is a 6-month intensive youth development program designed to equip Muslim youth with the faith-grounded tools, practical skills, and real-world experience needed to grow into confident leaders, ambassadors, and contributors to their communities.

This is not just a program, it is a practice-driven system where growth is expected, observed, and demonstrated.

Participants will not only learn but instead they will apply, experience, and lead.

What This Program Combines

Throughout the journey, participants will be guided through:

✨ Emotional Intelligence
✨ Leadership Development
✨ Entrepreneurship Mindset & Skills
✨ Structured Mentorship
✨ Real-World Exposure & Challenges

Program Structure

The Changemakers program is designed in two phases:

Phase 1: Intensive Training (Months 1–2)

Led by Sr Asma Aguleh (Lead Facilitator)

Participants will be grounded in:

  • Islamic leadership principles

  • Self-awareness and identity development

  • Communication and confidence

  • Understanding the vision and mission of MFA & INSS

This phase builds the foundation for personal growth and leadership.

Phase 2: Mentorship & Real-World Application (Months 3–6)

Participants will be placed into small mentoring groups guided by certified coaches.

They will:

  • Apply what they’ve learned through real-world projects

  • Participate in dawah challenges

  • Engage in fundraising and community initiatives

  • Execute ideas with an entrepreneurial mindset

This phase is where growth becomes visible, practical, and impactful.

What You Will Walk Away With

By the end of the program, every Changemaker will:

✔ Develop a strong Islamic identity as a leader and da’i (caller to Allah)
✔ Strengthen self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and communication skills
✔ Complete real-world initiatives (including fundraising & dawah activities)
✔ Build a personal action plan for continued growth
✔ Become a credible ambassador and advocate for MyFundAction
