An engaging, high-energy session designed specifically for young people.

Delivered by Ben Pettingill & Mike Rolls (Legless & Blind), this session helps students build the tools they need to navigate challenge, change and everyday pressures.

Through storytelling, humour and interactive content, students will learn:

How to focus on what they can control
The importance of building a strong support network
When and how to ask for help
How to support their mates

This is not your typical mental health talk.

Ben and Mike create an environment where students feel comfortable, engaged and open — helping normalise conversations and reduce stigma around mental health.

Part of Mallee Community Wellbeing Week, this session contributes to building stronger, more resilient young people across our region.
