Step into the beautiful outdoors and make a difference at The Wandiyali Restoration Trust with the Landcare ACT's Youth Roving Group. Aimed at people between the ages of 15 and 30, this group is your chance to connect with nature and make some new friends! 

About the Youth Roving Group:
The Youth Roving Group is a roving Landcare group that brings together young nature lovers from across the Canberra community to actively care for the environment while fostering a sense of community. This is a chance for the next-generation of Landcarers to get their hands dirty and cultivate their future. 

About Wandiyali Restoration Trust:
The Wandiyali Restoration Trust is a not-for-profit, ACNC registered charity dedicated to the long-term protection of the natural environment. Located just south of Queanbeyan/Jerrabomberra, the site is a designated Pink-tail Worm-lizard habitat! Volunteers will help remove Verbascum, a plant that threatens these special lizards.

What to Expect:

  • Meaningful conservation work in a stunning natural setting
