The event is organised by Northern Sydney District Youth Services, a hub of passionate organisations dedicated to youth development, including Hornsby, Ku-ring-gai, Lane Cove, Mosman, Northern Beaches, North Sydney, Ryde, Willoughby Councils, Northern Sydney Local Health District, and TAFE - St. Leonards
