Whether you're a keen boxer or ever wanted to give boxing a try, this session is for you! Join our skilled boxer Thomas, who will take you through boxing techniques and drills in a fun and social atmosphere for young people aged 13 to 17 years.
What to bring?
Your water bottle and towel. Wear comfortable exercise appropriate clothes.
On the Day:
Come 10 minutes earlier to check in and settle for your class. Head to reception and let them know that you have registered for the class, and they will let you through the gates and direct you to the room.
