Yow Yow Yow w/ Peyo & Alice

Having previously focused on the fusion jazz sounds of his Cosmos Ensemble, and noisy post punk in Mwah , In his sophomore solo gig,
will now explore minimalist ideas, whether sample based grooves or ambient soundscapes. Heavily influenced by the works of Sun Ra and Hype Williams, these influences will be highlighted in this solo endeavour, playing many of his own compositions with help from his fuzz infused keyboard.

Alice, bassist of noise rock trio Mwah, steps into new territory with the debut of her experimental solo project. Building on post-punk inspired basslines and weaving them through samples, hazy synths and electronic percussion, she crafts a lo-fi soundscape that feels both atmospheric and intimate. Alice draws sonically from the genre-defying works of Dean Blunt, Nina, and Jonatan Leandoer 96, and experiments with an unpolished, raw sound.
