This inaugural YUMA -BE your Own Healer -BE the Medicine Retreat happens during the Full Moon Friday 2 - Sunday 4 October, 2020 on the beautiful Lake Paika Accommodation.

This Retreat is for Women only and not suitable for Children.

Hosted by Annabelle Sharman Founder- Owner of A Sharman HOPE Healing - Live In Oneness®️. A Proud Mutti Mutti Woman, who Honours her Ancestral Cultural Heritage, Knowledge and Wisdom and Living Self, Spirit & Mother Earth . She endlessly Nurtures her guiding Beliefs and Naturally attuned connection to Earth Medicine. Annabelle is a Reiki Master & Teacher, Certified Holistic Counsellor, Social Worker with an extensive career in Mental Health, trauma and recovery. She is a passionate Humanitarian with a Dreaming to Heal Australia. A Sharman HOPE Healing has a strong focus to empower individuals on their Healing, Wellness and Dreaming Journey.

All Guests will receive a welcome email with final Program leading up to Retreat.

FRIDAY 2 OCTOBER
The YUMA Retreat will commence with registrations and meet and greet on FRIDAY 2 OCTOBER from 12PM.

All guests must arrive by 12 pm to ensure ready for our 8 hr Mungo Full Moon Tour. Our Group will travel together for the 8hr tour, we will be collected from PAIKA at 1pm and arrive back at around 10pm. Mungo Trip Included in the YUMA Full Retreat Ticket only and is limited. Included in this tour : All meals and plenty of water. We keep lots of "treats" on board the vehicle at all time , Visit the Historical Homebush Pub for lunch on the way, Afternoon cuppa and Mungo's Visitor Centre and Meeting Place, Guided walk to the Walls of China and "Lunar" Picnic on top of the walls. SATURDAY 3 OCTOBER - SUNDAY 4 OCTOBER
Workshops throughout SATURDAY then closing on SUNDAY mid morning will include and not limited to the following as some Program offerings may change.

• Welcome Ceremony

• Elements Spirit Healing Cloth making with Annabelle Sharman Using Natural Bush Dyes, Intention and Ceremony. YOU will begin your Creation of a Personal Spirit Healing Cloth. This is a very unique, Spiritual, Grounding and Healing experience.

• Maki Egan will be offering Wayapa Wuurrk an Earth Connection Wellness practice based on ancient Indigenous wisdom.

• My Urban Cottage Botanical Workshop with Kitty is the founder of body and wellness business My Urban Cottage based in Shepparton on Bangerang Country.
Tracy Hardy from Wattleseed Nutrition and Dietetics.

• Dreamcatcher and Crystal Craft - Weaving

• Jenny Blake-The Crystal Doula will provide private Raindrop Massage , Drumming mediation and is a wealth of information about Crystals and Earth Medicine .

• Mika Tran - Film maker, Facilitator and Story Practitioner will offer Stories as Medicine.

Rebecca Mezzatesta -Yoga & Meditation Teacher will take us on a journey through Yoga on sunrise.

• Plenty of Food and Yarns, Connecting and sharing throughout the day.

• Dinner Gathering followed by unravelling our Spirit Cloths in a Blessing then Closing Drumming Ceremony

• Time for Reflection, rest and wandering bush walks.
