Kathy founded Yin Yang Consultancy in 2013 after working 20+ years in corporate finance and dedicating over 35 years to community service. With 19 years as a training facilitator, Kathy has taught Diploma level Business, Leadership and Management, and has managed compliance training for a team of 450 people, including heading up the development of a custom eLearning program. Using personality profile tools such as Myers Briggs® (Bronze Level practitioner) and DISC ADVANCED®, Kathy and Yin Yang help clients and their teams to set up and use functional systems, processes, and mindsets for long-term value and change.
