The Summer Solstice is a time to honour where you’ve been and to celebrate who you are becoming. The high, creative energy at the Summer Solstice makes it a great time to birth something new into being. Align with the earth’s rhythm this Summer Solstice, welcome in renewal, and awaken the higher vibrational field within.
Our retreat is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and find tranquillity amidst the beauty of the natural world. We invite you to immerse yourself in the tranquil landscapes and find solace in the surroundings of the stunning wilderness.
DWELLING PLACE:
One-night Camping in an incredibly idyllic and beautiful location in the stunning Kent countryside. The Sunnyfield campsite is a truly special spot set in an 8-acre meadow,
tucked away in the rolling hills and secret valleys of the North Kent Downs; situated on top of a hill in an “Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty”. It is named The Sunnyfield because it is blessed with sunlight all day long. If you’re looking for relaxation in nature, The Sunnyfield is the perfect place.
On arrival from 9am onwards, park up and pick up a wheelbarrow for your belongings, then wind your way to your pitch cut amongst the wild grasses and buttercups. Retreat guests can enjoy the spacious camping pitches each with their very own campfire pit. (Logs are available to purchase from the campsite) A space where you can relax in the peace and quiet while you stargaze the light pollution free sky. Facilities are compost loos, hot showers in a quirky horse box and plenty of wash sinks including taps for drinking water. Please bring your own tent.
RETREAT DAY:
Our retreats offer a holistic approach to self-care, supported by our experienced facilitators who will guide you on a journey of self-discovery to connect with your inner peace and rejuvenate your spirit. Retreat activities on the day will include Tai Chi Qigong, Nature Mandala Art, Movement Meditation & Freeform Flow - the retreat day will close with an Intention Setting Ceremony and Closing Circle around the fire.
Individual Reflexology Treatments (additional cost) will also be available to book throughout the retreat. Lunch and Dinner are included in your retreat price.
