Want to learn about meridian acupressure massage for working on yourself and others?

This zen shiatsu foundations course will teach you a wholistic bodywork and self care practice including yoga, chi gong, breath work and meridian (energy channels found in the fascia throughout the body that links parts, organs, emotions) therapy to move blockages and deficiencies, creating more ease and harmony in the body. And its also highly relaxing!

The Zen shiatsu foundations course is delivered live and in person in Canberra. It is the foundation for learning shiatsu - acupressure massage. This course is presented again in 2025 as 4.5hrs/week for 10 weeks. It is in alignment with the Australian Shiatsu College’s (ASC) course structure and you can continue on to the Diploma of Shiatsu at ASC with recognition of this course.

This course is open to anyone, no prior experience with bodywork/massage required while also suits massage therapist, acupuncturist or similar looking to deepen their knowledge of touch and treatment on the body.
