The Zen shiatsu foundations course is delivered live and in person in Canberra. It is the foundation for learning shiatsu - acupressure massage. This course is presented again in 2025 as 4.5hrs/week for 10 weeks. It is in alignment with the Australian Shiatsu College’s (ASC) course structure and you can continue on to the Diploma of Shiatsu at ASC with recognition of this course. This course is open to anyone, no prior experience with bodywork/massage required while also suits massage therapist, acupuncturist or similar looking to deepen their knowledge of touch and treatment on the body.
