Zen Womens Circle: A Journey of Healing and Connection

Join us for an enchanting session of community and self-discovery at our women’s circle every first and third Thursday evening at 6.30-8.30PM. This is a FREE community event for all women brought to you by Zen Tea Lounge Foundation with a mission to support and empower women. 

This transformative event is designed to nurture your spirit, promote wellness, and deepen your connection with yourself and other women.

What to Expect:
- Meditation: Begin the session with guided meditation, creating a serene space to center your mind and open your heart.
- Qigong: Engage in gentle movement and breathwork to cultivate energy and enhance your physical and emotional well-being.
- Mini Workshop: Each fortnight we explore a different topic of interest and share our collective wisdom and skills. We focus on healing and empowerment, and foster deeper self-awareness and connection to ourselves and to each other.
- Sound Healing: Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of the Celestial handpan, shamanic medicine drum, and chime. This sound healing journey will help release stress, promote relaxation, and restore balance within.

This session is an opportunity to unwind, connect with your inner wisdom, and embrace the collective energy of women supporting women. Whether you’re seeking healing, inspiration, or community, this circle welcomes you.

- Date & time: Every first and third Thursday of the month, 6.30PM - 8.30PM.
- Location: Chiswick Community Hall, Blackwall Point Rd, Chiswick NSW 2046. 
- Bring: comfortable clothing, a water bottle, yoga mat (to lie down on) and healthy snacks to share.
